Penderfyniad: Nododd y Cabinet gynnydd ar leihau carbon o dan Strategaeth Un Blaned Caerdydd. Cymeradwyodd y Cynnig Twf Gwyrdd ar gynhyrchu ynni adnewyddadwy lleol ac ailwampio ynni cartrefi. RESOLVED to exclude the press and public from the meeting during the discussion on the following items due to the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 14, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 - Information about the financial or business transactions of any specific person (including the authority that retains that information).
There is an acknowledged public interest in being open about the use of public resources and related financial issues. However, it is also acknowledged that there are occasions, in order to protect public financial interests, where commercial information must be discussed without being publicised. The reports relate specifically to a proposed procurement process. Publishing such commercially sensitive information could be detrimental to the interests of the Council and its partners by undermining competition. This would be contrary to the wider public interest of securing the best overall outcome. For these reasons, the matter is closed in the public interest.
RESOLVED:
· To note the content of this report and the appendices.
· To recommend the amended Inter-Authority Agreement (IAA) to the full Council on 5 March 2026 for approval as a reserved matter

Caniateir gwerthu alcohol i'w yfed oddi ar y safle rhwng 0600 a 2300 bob dydd, nid yr amser cau o 0200 a wnaed cais amdano'n wreiddiol. Mae'r drwydded yn cynnwys 22 o amodau, gan gynnwys CCTV o flaen ac y tu mewn i'r safle, biniau sbwriel y tu allan, hysbysiadau yn gofyn i gwsmeriaid beidio â loetran, a dim gwerthu caniau unigol o alcohol sy'n uwch na 6.5% ABV (cryfder y ddiod, sef alcohol yn ôl cyfaint).

Penderfyniad: Cydnabu a chefnogodd y pwyllgor y gwaith a wnaed eisoes ar recriwtio a chadw staff. Ni chafwyd enwebiadau ar gyfer y sedd heb ei chysylltu ag unrhyw grŵp ar y Pwyllgor Ymchwilio a Disgyblu, felly mae'n parhau'n wag.

Gosododd hefyd daliadau arbennig, a delir gan rai ardaloedd yn unig, am oleuo palmentydd: £6.61 yn ardaloedd canol tref Acton, Caia Park, Offa a Rhosddu, £22.40 yn Llangollen Wledig, £17.12 yn Glyntraian a £14.85 yn Y Waun. Bydd unrhyw arian ychwanegol a ddaw ar ôl y setliad terfynol yn cael ei ddefnyddio fel y rhagnodir neu i ddarparu cyllid wrth gefn ychwanegol ar gyfer chwyddiant.
