Planning Committee
The Planning Committee met on 14 January 2025. It approved a scheme of 26 affordable flats at SA1 Swansea Waterfront, subject to a Section 106 agreement (a legal agreement with the developer). It referred two listed building applications to Cadw, the Welsh heritage body, with a recommendation to approve. It refused an application to add footpaths at Carmel Road, Winch-wen, to the Definitive Map. It also received an information report on two Welsh Government decisions to allow solar farms.
