RESOLVED –
(i) That the responses received following publication of the proposed fee increases be considered and noted; and
(ii) That the fee increases agreed in principle by the Committee on 18 May 2026 be confirmed in accordance with the Council's Cost Recovery Policy, with the revised fees to come into effect on 1 November 2026.
RESOLVED, pursuant to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) (Wales) Order 2007, that the following items were not for publication, as the reports contained exempt information as defined in paragraph 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Act.
