1. To elect a Chairman for the Committee for the 2026/27 municipal year, with effect from 15 May 2026

   RESOLVED that Councillor Caryl Roberts be elected as the Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

2. To elect a Vice-Chairman for the Committee for the 2026/27 municipal year, with effect from 15 May 2026

   RESOLVED that Councillor Rhodri Davies be elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

   i. Councillor Amanda Edwards apologised for her inability to attend the meeting due to being away on other Council duties. ii. Councillor Euros Davies apologised for his inability to attend the meeting.

   Councillor Chris James proposed and was seconded by Councillor Marc Davies that Councillor Caryl Roberts be elected as the Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year. It was unanimously RESOLVED that Councillor Caryl Roberts be elected as the Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

   To elect a Vice-Chairman for the Committee for the 2026/27 municipal year, with effect from 15 May 2026

It was unanimously RESOLVED that Councillor Rhodri Davies be elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
