1. To elect a Chairman for the Committee for the 2026/27 municipal year, with effect from 15 May 2026

   RESOLVED that Councillor Gareth Lloyd be elected as the Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

2. To elect a Vice-Chairman for the Committee for the 2026/27 municipal year, with effect from 15 May 2026

   RESOLVED that Councillor Elaine Evans be elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

   i. Councillor Amanda Edwards apologised for her inability to attend the meeting due to being away on other Council duties. ii. Councillors Euros Davies and Ceris Jones apologised for their inability to attend the meeting.

   RESOLVED that Councillor Gareth Lloyd be elected as the Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

   Councillor Rhodri Evans proposed and was seconded by Councillor Elizabeth Evans that Councillor Gareth Lloyd be elected as the Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year. It was unanimously RESOLVED that Councillor Gareth Lloyd be elected as the Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

   To elect a Vice-Chairman for the Committee for the 2026/27 municipal year, with effect from 15 May 2026

   RESOLVED that Councillor Elaine Evans be elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

   Councillor Elizabeth Evans proposed and was seconded by Councillor Raymond Evans that Councillor Elaine Evans be elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year. It was unanimously RESOLVED that Councillor Elaine Evans be elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
