   Councillor Amanda Edwards apologised for her inability to attend the meeting. Councillor Keith Evans and Ann Bowen Morgan apologised for their inability to attend the meeting as on other Council duties.

   It was RESOLVED to confirm as a true record the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on the 12 February 2026. Matters arsing None.

5. Any Other Business

   Members were updated in relation Rominos Pizza Takeaway in Cardigan. It was noted that their licence appeal was due to be heard at Magistrates Court on 21 July following revocation of their original licence. Members were advised that they had since applied for a new licence and this had been refused following another hearing on 12th June, there was now the potential for them to make a further appeal to the magistrates on this refusal.
