RESOLVED to exclude the public and press from the meeting. The document was not discussed in public. Following discussion, it was RESOLVED to: (i) instruct Property Services (and Housing Services if appropriate) to obtain detailed quotes in relation to points a) and b) set out in the accompanying exempt report and for Officers to report on the quotes at the next available Committee; (ii) correspond with the tenant’s agent in relation to matters previously discussed between officers and the agent and which were reported orally to, and discussed by, Committee and to report back at the next available Committee.
