   DECISION: · To create an Integrated Ceredigion Dementia Development Group to oversee the delivery of the implementation plan. · To communicate the initial findings of the engagement with the public, and to develop a Communication and Engagement plan ensuring that the public are aware of the on-going progress relating to the delivery of the implementation plan. · To provide the Healthier Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee with an Annual Progress report. · To note the feedback from the Healthier Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee. Reason for the decision: To support and develop an integrated approach in meeting the needs of individuals living with dementia and their carers through a range of health, social care and 3rd sector resources.

Reason for the decision: This will progress the aim of the Council to address inequality, eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation and foster good relations between people who share a protected characteristic and those who do not in Ceredigion.
