   To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Licensing Committee held on 24 April 2022 and to consider any matters arising from those Minutes

   It was RESOLVED to confirm as a true record the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on the 24 April 2022. Matters arsing 6(iii) Confirmation was sought if the letter had been sent to the gambling commission. It was reported that it was envisaged it was sent, but confirmation would be sought from the officer on their return.

   Consideration was given upon the Report on the General update. The report had been presented in order to update Members on relevant matters, with regard to the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. The following update was provided on Licensing Act 2003 Associated Matters:- • Eisteddfod Tregaron 2022 • Contested Applications (Reviews/Appeals) • Premises Inspection & Infringements • Temporary Event Notices • Extension of Alcohol Off Sales - The Alcohol Licensing (Coronavirus)(Regulatory Easements)(Amendment) Regulations 2021 • National Licensing Week 2022 • Part B Gambling Act 2005 Associated Matters • Welsh Government – Gambling Related Harm It was AGREED to note the current position. .
