The Committee met on 11 March 2025 to scrutinise five items before Cabinet considers them on 20 March. It noted the Play Sufficiency Assessment 2025-28 without scrutinising it, because members had already helped develop it. On the other four items it agreed that the Chair should write to the Cabinet Member with the Committee's comments: the extension of the Passenger Transport framework, the Admissions Policy, a consultation on adding a nursery to Ysgol Gymraeg Coed-Y-Gof, and proposed changes to school improvement services in Cardiff.
