RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 10th June 2026 as an accurate record.
RESOLVED: “That the press and public be excluded from the meeting under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act (as amended) for the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of the exempt information as defined in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of the Schedule 12A of the Act”.
In accordance with the Code of Conduct, the following personal declarations were made in relation to Item 4 of the agenda: - The Chair – “I know several of the applicants”; - County Borough Councillor J Edwards – “I know several of the applicants”; - County Borough Councillor J Smith – “I know several of the applicants and I am named as a reference for one”; - County Borough Councillor G Hughes (as representative from the MP office) – “I know several of the applicants”; and - The Director of Housing and Regeneration – “I know some of the applicants professionally”.
