RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the 17th June 2026 as an accurate reflection of the meeting.
RESOLVED that the press and public be excluded from the meeting under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 for the next item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
Apologies for absence were received from Mr C. Jones and Ms T. Thomas, representing GMB, and Ms M. Edwards and Ms H. Burton, representing UNISON. It was noted that Ms T. Thomas and Ms H. Burton experienced technical difficulties which prevented them from participating in the meeting.
RESOLVED – In accordance with the Members Code of Conduct, the following declaration of personal interest in a matter pertaining to the agenda was declared: - County Borough Councillor D. Grehan in respect of agenda item 4, “One of the Applicants is known to me”.
