RESOLVED to defer the matter to a future meeting of the Committee.
The Head of Planning advised the Committee that having considered the submitted application plans, in his opinion the red line should incorporate an element of access track to the site, indicating proposals for access from the adopted highway. At the moment there is a missing link between the adopted highway, which needs to be included in the red line. That would require alternative certification to be provided with the application. The Head of Planning therefore felt that the application was incomplete and subsequently asked the Committee if they would consider deferral on this occasion. Following a vote, Members unanimously RESOLVED to defer the matter to a future meeting of the Committee.

Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
