RESOLVED that:
6.1 the Pensions Administration Report be noted;
6.2 the threshold increase from £5 to £20 for pensioner payslip variances as set out in section 3 of the report be approved.
RESOLVED that, subject to the above amendments, the minutes of the meeting held on the 22nd July 2026 be received and approved as a true and correct record.
RESOLVED that the Committee’s comments on the Review of the Governance and Audit Committee Terms of Reference against the New Global Internal Audit Standards be noted and that a further review be undertaken following the Council elections.
RESOLVED that Councillor Gwyneth Ellis be appointed as substitute representative to the Governance and Audit Sub-Committee of the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee.
