RESOLVED- (i) That the draft response to Welsh Government (WG) who are seeking views on the review of the HRA Guidance Manual be approved. (ii) That this matter be dealt with as an urgent item of business in accordance with Section 5 (Rule 5.8.10) of the Council’s Constitution. Reason for decision To respond to Welsh Government within the consultation period, which is due to end Friday 9 May 2025.

The Chief Officer for Housing submitted a report (COH/18/25) that provided feedback on a review of the current version of the Welsh Government Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Manual on the operation and management of the HRA which was published in November 2021.
