RESOLVED – (i) That the current Mayor, Councillor Beryl Blackmore and guest, represent the Council at one of the 2025 Royal Garden Parties. (ii) That this matter be dealt with as an urgent item of business in accordance with Section 5 (Rule 5.8.10(e)) of the Council’s Constitution. Reasons for decisions To ensure that the Council is represented at one of the 2025 Royal Garden Parties and that nominations are submitted before the required deadline.

The Chief Officer Governance & Customer submitted a report (COGC/16/25) to nominate Council guests to attend a Royal Garden Party in 2025.
