Does dim crynodeb o'r cyfarfod hwn eto. Caiff crynodebau eu hysgrifennu pan fydd y cyngor yn cyhoeddi'r cofnodion, sef ei gofnod swyddogol o'r hyn a benderfynodd cyfarfod. Maen nhw fel arfer yn ymddangos ychydig wythnosau ar ôl y cyfarfod.
Apologies for absence were submitted on behalf of Councillors Trevor Bates, I David Bithell MBE, Beryl Blackmore, Jon Jolley, Marc Jones, Steve Joe Jones, John McCusker, Fred Roberts, Anthony Wedlake and Andy Williams.
The Chair reminded Members that, in accordance with Section 9.9.5 of the Council’s Constitution, the quorum for this Committee was as follows: At least half of the total number of Members of the Committee rounded to the nearest whole should be present, otherwise no business shall be conducted. It was noted that Councillor Jeremy Newton arrived after the start of the Meeting, but as there were only six Committee Members present, the Meeting was therefore inquorate.
