1. Response to Welsh Government Consultation – Technical Advice Note (TAN) 15: Development, Flooding and Coastal Erosion - Further Amendments

   RESOLVED – (i) That the submission of a response, as set out in Appendix 1 to report COET/09/2023 on TAN 15 be approved. (ii) That this matter be dealt with as an urgent item of business in accordance with Section 5 (Rule 5.8.10(e)) of the Council’s Constitution. Reasons for decisions (i) To respond to the Welsh Government’s request for responses to the current consultation exercise scheduled to finish on 17 April 2023. (ii) To ensure that the Council’s response is submitted by the required deadline.

   The Chief Officer Environment & Technical submitted a report (COET/09/2023) to inform Members of a Welsh Government consultation on Technical Advice Note 15 (TAN 15) and seek support for the Council’s responses to the consultation.
