RESOLVED – (i) That the consultation response to the current Welsh Government consultation on the proposed new standard to improve the quality of social homes in Wales as outlined in Appendix 2 to report COH/20/22 be submitted. (ii) That this matter be dealt with as an urgent item of business in accordance with Section 5 (Rule 5.8.10(e)) of the Council’s Constitution. Reasons for decision (i) To respond to Welsh Government’s request for responses to the current consultation exercise to finish 3 August 2022. (ii) To ensure that the Council’s response is submitted by the required deadline.
