RESOLVED – T H A T the minutes of the meeting held on 7th July, 2023 be approved as a correct record.
RESOLVED – (1) T H A T interviews be conducted on 19th September, 2023 in relation to the post of Head of Digital and for Members to make a final determination to appoint a suitable candidate. (2) T H A T residual appointment details be delegated, as appropriate, to the Director of Corporate Resources, in consultation with the Leader and Chief Executive, once a suitable applicant has been confirmed by Elected Members of the Committee. The Director of Corporate Resources presented the report which set out the proposed recruitment and selection arrangements for the above position, with the report having set out the final interview schedule for the above position . The job description and person specification were attached as an Appendix to the report. Members were asked to identify and confirm (following interviews to follow directly after the meeting) a suitable candidate for appointment. Following consideration of the report and having regard to the Assessment Process, three candidates had been shortlisted for interview whose application forms were attached to the report.
