AGREED to: 1. note and comment on the contents of the report, and 2. note the activity report for October 2023 – March 2024.
AGREED: 1. the draft statement of principles for the period 2025-2028, subject to any amendments that they wished to make; and 2. to the revised proposed timescale and process for consulting on the draft statement of principles for the period 2025-2028.
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members and Officers to the meeting of the Statutory Licensing Committee. 1.2 Apologies were received from Councillors Giles Davies, Karl Gauden and Elizabeth Haynes.
2.1 No interests were declared.
3.1 The minutes were confirmed as a true and accurate record.

4.1 The AH&LO presented the report whilst the TML&TS shared her screen. Following, there were no questions. 4.2 The Committee congratulate the Licensing team for the excellent work they did over the two quarters. 4.3 The Committee AGREED to: 1. note and comment on the contents of the report, and 2. note the activity report for October 2023 – March 2024.

5.1 The TML&TS presented the report whilst sharing her screen and after, there were no questions or comments. 5.2 The Committee AGREED: 1. the draft statement of principles for the period 2025-2028, subject to any amendments that they wished to make; and 2. to the revised proposed timescale and process for consulting on the draft statement of principles for the period 2025-2028.
6.1 The date of the next meeting was confirmed to take place on 26 September 2024. 6.2 The meeting ended at 10.44am.
