AGREED to approve the proposed statutory licensing fees.
AGREED to approve the proposed timetable for the review of the statement of gambling principles, as set out in paragraph 4.5 of the report and for the consultation with the responsible authorities and the holders of existing licences, permits and registrations issued by the Council under the Gambling Act 2005 to be carried out to seek their views on the current statement of gambling principles.
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members and Officers to the meeting of the Statutory Licensing Committee. 1.2 No apologies had been received.
2.1 Councillor Cowles declared a personal, non-prejudicial interest in agenda item 4 as one of the applicants was Blaenavon Town Council, which he was an Elected Member of. 2.2 No other interests were declared.
3.1 The minutes were confirmed as a true and accurate record.

7.1 The date of the next meeting was confirmed to take place on 9 May 2024.
