1.1 Due to the General Licensing Committee over-running, the meeting started at 12.05pm. 1.2 The Chair welcomed Members and Officers to the meeting of the Statutory Licensing Committee. 1.3 Apologies were received by Councillor Norma Parrish.
2.1 No interests were declared.
3.1 The minutes were confirmed as a true and accurate record.
4.1 The Committee noted the minutes of the previous Licensing Hearings.
