AGREED to:- · determine the estimated running costs for the Archives Service for 2023/24 as £1,088,277. · note the resultant constituent authority contributions for 2023/24 as set out in Table 2 paragraph 6.1. · note that the estimates for the cost of the service have been forwarded by the Treasurer of the Host Authority to each of the participating Councils. · notes that, in accordance with the Joint Agreement, the estimates will be deemed to have been approved by each of the participating Councils unless notification is received by the Treasurer of the Joint Committee before the commencement of the financial year 2023/24. · note the dispute resolution procedure as set out in the Joint Agreement.
1.1 Apologies were received from Councillor Julian Simmonds, Caerphilly County Borough Council, Professor Russell Deacon, Steve Duffin, John Evans, Jack Hanbury-Tenison and Jonathan Perons.

3.1 The LFO presented her report highlighting key points.
