8.1 The TML&TS briefly read through her report whilst sharing her screen, referring to the appendices throughout. 8.2 The TML&TS responded to Members’ questions as follows:- · Members were being asked for their comments and then if approved the review process would be taken forward by undertaking a consultation. · Should a single trader arrive at a location and trade for a few hours and leave, the trader would often rely on social media to advertise where they will be. Officers could use that intelligence to attend on-site and speak to the trader; this had been done previously. If the issue was reported after they have left, they are able to take details and investigate. Officers would remind the trader of the need to apply for a licence and should they do it again, enforcement could be taken. Members were able to report issues if they were aware of any. 8.3 The Committee AGREED to approve the proposed review of the current street trading policy and the process as set out in 4.2 of the report.

Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
