In accordance with the Code of Conduct adopted by the City & County of Swansea, no interests were declared.
Resolved that the Minutes of the Social Care & Tackling Poverty Service Transformation Committees held on 30 March 2026 and 21 May 2026 be approved and signed as correct records.
The Terms of Reference of Service Transformation Committees were provided ‘for information’.
The following items were recommended to form the future work plan: • Tackling Poverty Strategy • Foster Carer Support • Early Help Model • Digital Transformation Due to a change in Cabinet Member portfolio responsibilities, further discussions would take place to establish additional items for consideration by the Committee, which would be reported in due course. Resolved that the above items form the Work Plan for 2026-2027.
The Chair referred to the dates of future meetings provided on the agenda. Resolved that meetings proceed at 4 pm on the dates outlined on the agenda.
