1) Old Carriageway, Clyne Bridal Way The Leader of the Council stated that that Swansea Council had listened to the video of user groups and the community relating to the Old Carriageway, Clyne. Considering the comments made, the Council will vary how it will deliver the Old Carriage Way, Clyne bridal way. He stated that Swansea Council had already delivered an extensive network of walking, cycling and coastal paths which the public enjoy daily. The Council will always aim to ensure the routes are improved in a way that is sympathetic to unique local needs. The Council will continue with the proposed improvement of the bridal way, but the upgrade will be undertaken in a way that is more consistent with other coastal and bridal route upgrades, removing the requirement for the laying of a new tarmac surface. Once upgraded the route will retain the surface current users have told us they want to retain and improve but will be improved so more users can access it, especially those with mobility issues.

Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
