Does dim crynodeb o'r cyfarfod hwn eto. Caiff crynodebau eu hysgrifennu pan fydd y cyngor yn cyhoeddi'r cofnodion, sef ei gofnod swyddogol o'r hyn a benderfynodd cyfarfod. Maen nhw fel arfer yn ymddangos ychydig wythnosau ar ôl y cyfarfod.
Response by the Cabinet Member: Thank you for your questions and I apologise for the late response. Community Wellbeing, IT, and Customer Services are currently exploring the feasibility and scope of delivering bookable training and awareness sessions through the Council’s library network. These sessions aim to support residents in using their My Powys Account and engaging effectively with the Council’s digital forms and processes. The Council strives to design its online processes to be clear, intuitive, and user-friendly, enabling residents to navigate and use them with confidence and ease. Whilst I am confident that this initiative will support more residents to use the councils My digital platforms, more is needed from other public and private sector organisations to support confidence building and training more widely to build on the successes of previous initiatives such as the Digital Confidence Powys project delivered by Cwmpas. A key focus of the Council’s new Customer Experience Framework is making it easier for people in Powys to know what services are available and how to access them in a way that works for them. This includes using buildings like schools, libraries, and community spaces, such as luncheon clubs, to offer residents local support in accessing services both in-person and digitally. Work to make this vision a reality is already underway. A copy of the customer experience framework is available here Customer Experience - Powys County Council. I know that helping residents improve their digital skills can lead to better services and greater efficiency. A significant number of Council customers already make use of the available digital services, allowing them to interact with the Council without needing to call, email, or visit in person, and at times that suit them, rather than being restricted to traditional opening hours. Currently, there are 87,894 registered My Powys Account holders, with 188,000 digital requests processed since April 2025, and over 300,000 visits to the Council’s web pages. It is essential that the council and its partnering organisations provide support to help residents transition to digital platforms, and the council is committed to playing its part in this. For those residents who do not wish to or are unable to access services digitally, we will always ensure that in-person customer services remain accessible across Powys.
Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
Dyw'r cyngor ddim wedi cofnodi presenoldeb ar gyfer y cyfarfod hwn.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
