Council debated a request to approve a virement of £1.349 million in this financial year from SPF grant, reserve and the Risk Budget to finance the decision of Cabinet to award the contract for public bus services in Powys for the next 7 years. It was confirmed that the virement was for 2025/26 only and that future years’ funding would be considered as part of the budget setting process. Some members criticised the timing of the decision just before the date on which contracts would have to be signed. Other members welcomed the additional services operating up to seven days a week and later into the evening. It was moved by County Councillor Jeremy Pugh and seconded by County Councillor Gareth E Jones that the question be put. By 44 votes to 1 it was RESOLVED that the question be put. Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
