County Councillor Matthew Dorrance Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for a Fairer Powys Decision Taken 27th March 2025 Decision Published 27th March 2025 Decision Effective: 4th April 2025 Purchase of Property Brecon Decision to approve the purchase of a property in Brecon for the sum reported. In accordance with Rule 7.36 of the Constitution the Monitoring Officer and the Chair of the Economy Residents and Communities Scrutiny Committee have both confirmed in writing that the implementation of this decision is urgent such that the decision can be implemented immediately. The Monitoring Officer has also confirmed in writing that if the decision is not implemented urgently that there could be serious prejudice to the Council and or the public interest.
