   Transfer of Land at Maes-Yr-Esob, Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant to Housing Services from Strategic Property to enable the provision of new Council Housing

   Decisions taken by Individual Cabinet Members County Councillor Jake Berriman Cabinet Member for a Connected Powys County Councillor Matthew Dorrance Cabinet Member for a Fairer Powys Decisions Taken 16 March 2023 Decisions Published 16 March 2023 Decisions Effective 24 March 2023 Transfer of land at Maes- Yr-Esob, Llanrhaeadr-Ym-Mochnant to Housing Services from Strategic Property to enable the provision of new Council Housing. DECISION 1. That the land at Maes-Yr-Esob, Llanrhaeadr-Ym-Mochnant is transferred to the Housing Revenue Account. 2. That delegated authority is granted to the Head of Housing to agree terms for the purchase of land, by the HRA, on the basis that negotiations are undertaken by Strategic Property, that the purchase value of the site represents value for money and that the land is used to enhance and support the development of council housing in Llanrhaeadr-Ym-Mochnant.
