Apologies for absence were received from the following: Councillor Matthew Vaux (Ceredigion County Council), Councillor Beverley Baynham (Powys County Council), Gareth Ashman (UK Government/Welsh Government Observer), Sue Balsom (Chair of the Economic Advisory Group), Ann Watkin (Head of Strategy, Operations Alignment and Planning, Welsh Government), Daniel Burgess (Head of Economy and Climate, Powys County Council), Russell Hughes-Pickering (Corporate Lead Officer for Economy and Regeneration, Ceredigion County Council).
There were no declarations of interest reported.
The Chair was authorised to sign the minutes of the meeting held on 19 March 2026 as a true and accurate record.
The Chair thanked Clive Pinney, Head of Legal and Democratic Services at Powys County Council, and wished him every success for the future, as this was his final Growing Mid Wales Board meeting.
