RESOLVED That in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, that the public be excluded from the Meeting for consideration of the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under paragraphs 12 and 13 of Schedule 12A to the Act.
