RESOLVED That the recommendations as set out in the report be approved.
There were no declarations of interest.
In order to hear the contents of the report, Councillor Jon Harvey Proposed that the public be excluded from the meeting. This was Seconded by Councillor Jonathan Grimes. The vote, undertaken by way of a show of hands, was carried. RESOLVED That the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 as it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 12 and 13 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Act; and that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information

The Chief Executive went through the details of the report and why a referral for a Statutory Officer was made and the challenges faced in carrying out the next steps in the required time frame. It was confirmed that external organisations were contacted to help with the procedure. The Recommendations were Moved by Councillor Jon Harvey; Seconded by Councillor Jonathan Grimes. The vote, undertaken by way of a show of hands, was carried. RESOLVED That the recommendations as set out in the report be approved.
