1. Election of Chair for the ensuing Municipal Year

   RESOLVED That Councillor Guy Woodham be elected as Chair for the ensuing Municipal Year. The vote, undertaken by way of a show of hands, was carried.

Local Member request for Planning Application to be referred to the Planning Committee - Planning Application No. 22/1180/PA - Replacement of residential caravan from Certificate of Lawfulness 08/0479/PA (use of land as part of curtilage of property and completion of hardstanding and access track) & 18/0751/CL (residential caravan (10yrs)) for partially sunken dwelling with separate access and disability enhancements

   RESOLVED That the application REMAIN in the scheme of delegation to be considered by Officers.

3. Local Member request for Planning Application to be referred to the Planning Committee - Planning Application No. 23/0027/PA - Residential development at Social Club, Station Road, Kilgetty

   RESOLVED That the application be REMOVED from the scheme of delegation and be considered by the Planning Committee.

The Panel proceeded to the vote, undertaken by way of a roll-call, which was lost. The votes were recorded as follows: For the Motion: Councillors Alan Dennison, Phil Kidney and Reg Owens [3]. Against the Motion: Councillors Tessa Hodgson, Guy Woodham and Steve Yelland [3]. There were no abstentions. The Chairman, Councillor Guy Woodham, used his casting vote against the Motion. RESOLVED That the application REMAIN in the scheme of delegation to be considered by Officers.
