1. Election of Chair

   RESOLVED That Councillor Alan Dennison be elected as Chair for the ensuing Municipal Year.

2. Election of Vice Chair

   RESOLVED That Councillor Aaron Carey be elected as Vice-Chair for the ensuing Municipal Year.

   RESOLVED That Councillor Alan Dennison be elected as Chair for the ensuing Municipal Year.

   Cofnod

   Nominations were invited for the position of Chair. It was Moved by Councillor Michael Stoddart that Councillor Jacob Williams be nominated; Seconded by Councillor Pat Davies. It was then Moved by Councillor Huw Murphy that Councillor Alan Dennison be nominated; Seconded by Councillor Aled Thomas. The vote was undertaken by way of a show of hands. Councillor Alan Dennison received the majority of votes. RESOLVED That Councillor Alan Dennison be elected as Chair for the ensuing Municipal Year.

   Election of Vice Chair

   RESOLVED That Councillor Aaron Carey be elected as Vice-Chair for the ensuing Municipal Year.

   Cofnod

   The Chair invited nominations for the position of Vice-Chair. It was Moved by Councillor Aled Thomas that Councillor Aaron Carey be nominated; Seconded by Councillor Huw Murphy. The vote, undertaken by way of a show of hands, was carried. RESOLVED That Councillor Aaron Carey be elected as Vice-Chair for the ensuing Municipal Year.

   Moved by Councillor Aaron Carey; Seconded by Councillor Pat Davies The vote, undertaken by way of a show of hands, was carried. RESOLVED That the Minutes of the Meeting held on 28 April 2023 be approved as a correct record.
