The report was introduced by the Head of People, Policy and Transformation. The Digital Services Manager presented the report. Members questioned the Officers on the content of the report – to access a full recording of the comments made please refer to the Council’s YouTube channel, and to the meeting name and date. Comments and Recommendations: • The Committee recommended amending graphs throughout the report to consistently use percentages and improving data contextualisation. • The Committee recommended increasing focus on improving training attendance. The Committee were content with the report.

Comments and Recommendations: • The Committee recommended a simplified version of the report to be available, tailored towards a wider audience. • The Committee recommended enhancing the executive summary of the report. • The Committee highlighted the importance of resources being used appropriately and effectively, and of the need for self-assessment to ensure that this is continued. • The Committee requested information on the number of schools with solar panels installed. The Committee were content with the report.
