RESOLVED: That pursuant to Section 100A(4) and (5) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded for the following items of business which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 12, 13 and 18c of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the above Act.
The Chair welcomed all to the meeting, and thanked Councillor Tim Bowen for his time served as a Member of the Standards Committee. The Chair also welcomed Councillor Wayne Carpenter to his first meeting of the Committee following his year as Mayor of Neath Port Talbot. The Chair passed on her condolences on behalf of the Committee to Town/ Community Councillor Carolyn Edwards, who’s husband had recently passed.
