Officers made a presentation to the Planning Committee as detailed in the circulated report on Application No P2026/0371: Change of use of existing Chapel to Residential Care Home (Use Class C2), Salem Calvinistic Methodist Chapel Brynawel Crynant. The Objector, the Applicant and the Local Ward Member (Cllr Sian Harris) were present and made representations to the meeting.
