Officers made a presentation to the Planning Committee as detailed in the circulated report on Application No P2026/0259: - 123 Old Road Neath Port Talbot SA11 2DF Proposed replacement of the existing ground floor front window with a bay window, erection of a part two storey and part single storey rear extension with roof lantern, and widening of the existing vehicular access and driveway, including hardstanding and associated drainage works.
