Overall, the Sub-Committee considered the representations and evidence from the Responsible Authorities, the Applicant, and Other Persons and determined that they were compelling and relevant. 2. Members considered that the robust conditions had been agreed upon with the Responsible Authorities and that the premises licence did not cause them any concern. The licence was in-line with the Council Policy and s.182 Guidance. 3. Members were satisfied the that Applicant appeared responsible and that the Premises were, indubitably, in safe hands; thus, the licence should be granted. 4. The Sub-Committee was grateful to the Other Persons for raising their concerns. 5. The most efficient solution was to accept all the conditions proposed by the Responsible Authorities, and the Applicant – as tight controls were required – to protect the residents residing in the vicinity. 6. The Sub-Committee considered the Licensing Objectives paramount. The conditions proposed and attached to the licence were proportionate.
Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
