One urgent item was received - Proposed Renewal of Lease of Ty Isaf Playing Fields, Thorney Road, Baglan to Baglan RFC Ltd.
Appendix 3 of this report was exempt under paragraph 14, and not discussed at the meeting. Decision: That having had due regard to the representations received, the granting of the lease renewal to Baglan RFC Limited, be approved. Reason for Proposed Decision(s): The renewal of the lease will allow Baglan RFC Limited to continue to occupy the premises, and for the site to be used for the purpose of a rugby football ground playing field. Implementation of Decision: The decision is proposed for implementation immediately with the consent of the Chair of the Culture, Connection and Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
To resolve to exclude the public for the following items pursuant to Regulation 4 (3) and (5) of Statutory Instrument 2001 No. 2290 and the relevant exempt paragraphs of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.
