Resolved: That pursuant to Section 100BA (2) and (7) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded for the following item of business which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 12 of part 4 of schedule 12A of the above Act.
The Chair welcomed all to the meeting.
Agenda Item 7, Application for a hackney carriage and private hire driver licence, Case 2. Cllr Carl Jordan made a declaration of interest as he knew the applicant and his family.
Resolved: That the minutes of the previous meeting held on the 19th January and 26th January 2026, be approved as an accurate record.
