Decision: That having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment and the risk assessment, in line with the requirements of the School Funding (Wales) Regulations 2010, the proposed changes to the current formula for allocating funding to schools (as detailed within the circulated report), be approved, with effect from April 1st 2026. Reason for Decision: To obtain approval to implement the proposed changes. Implementation of Decision: The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
Decision: That having had due regard to the integrated impact screening assessment, the Regeneration and Economic Development Strategy (as detailed within the circulated report) be adopted. Reason for Decision: To adopt the Council’s Regeneration and Economic Development Strategy. Implementation of Decision: The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
Decisions: That having due regard to the Integrated Impact Screening assessment: 1. The delivery model for the Pride in Place Impact Fund in Neath Port Talbot, as set out at Appendix 1 to the circulated report, be approved. 2. That delegated authority be granted to the Director of Education Leisure and Lifelong Learning, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, Performance and Social Justice, to approve projects submitted under the PiPIF (for the avoidance of doubt where the proposals stem from the Cabinet Member for Finance, Performance and Social Justice, the consultation shall be with the Leader). 3. That delegated authority be granted to the Director of Education Leisure and Lifelong Learning, to enter into any applicable funding or associated agreements with the UK Government for the Pride in Place Impact Fund following any approval of projects in Decision 2 above. Reason for Decisions: To enable Neath Port Talbot Council to access the Pride in Place Impact Fund allocation. Implementation of Decisions: The decisions will be implemented after the three day call in period.

RESOLVED: To resolve to exclude the public for the following item pursuant to Regulation 4 (3) and (5) of Statutory Instrument 2001 No. 2290 and the relevant exempt paragraphs of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.
