RESOLVED: That in accordance with Officers’ recommendations, Application No: P2025/0273 – Llety’r Goff Farm, Cwm Nant Llwyd Road - Change of use of existing domestic outbuilding to allow a mixed use comprising uses ancillary to the residential occupation of the host dwelling and a holistic therapy centre and associated works including widening of part of existing access track, landscaping and parking spaces together with mitigation measures / re-planting scheme for felled trees at Gellinudd, Pontardawe be Approved, subject to the conditions contained within the circulated report.

Officers made a presentation to the Planning Committee as detailed in the circulated report on Application No: P2025/0273 – Llety’r Goff Farm, Cwm Nant Llwyd Road - Change of use of existing domestic outbuilding to allow a mixed use comprising uses ancillary to the residential occupation of the host dwelling and a holistic therapy centre and associated works including widening of part of existing access track, landscaping and parking spaces together with mitigation measures / re-planting scheme for felled trees at Gellinudd, Pontardawe. The Local Ward Member (Cllr. B.Woolford) was present to give his representations at the meeting.
