Officers made a presentation to the Planning Committee on this Application (Widening and resurfacing of existing access and construction of new security gates, adjoining walls, piers and proposed bin storage area (part retrospective), at Gelli Bwch Farm (Dreamfields), Lane from B4290, Jersey Marine, Neath SA10 6JU) as detailed in the circulated report. The Agent for the Applicant was present to give his representations in favour of the Application.
