Resolved that: The public be excluded from the meeting on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined under Part 4 of Schedule 12A of Section 100 (A) (4) of the Local Government Act 1972.
Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs G Lewis, G Thomas and J Davies.
Declarations of Interest were received from: · Cllr D Jones · Cllr A Barry · Cllr M Symonds · Cllr D Hughes But were able to participate.
The Mayor advised that there was no other urgent business or correspondence.
