Resolved that: The application for a New Premises Licence – Merthyr Vale & Aberfan Social Democratic Club & Institute, Aberfan Road, Aberfan, Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 4QQ be granted subject to such conditions as are consistent with the operating schedule accompanying the application, modified to such an extent as the authority considers appropriate for the promotion of the licensing objectives, and the mandatory conditions specified in the Licensing Act 2003.
No apologies for absence were received as all members were in attendance.
No Declarations of Interest were made.

The Licensing Officer R Furmage introduced and led the Committee through the report. Members asked for clarification regarding the opening hours, and the Applicant confirmed the opening hours and the times for the supply of alcohol on the premises. All parties then left the Meeting. After consideration by the Committee, it was Resolved that: The application for a New Premises Licence – Merthyr Vale & Aberfan Social Democratic Club & Institute, Aberfan Road, Aberfan, Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 4QQ be granted subject to such conditions as are consistent with the operating schedule accompanying the application, modified to such an extent as the authority considers appropriate for the promotion of the licensing objectives, and the mandatory conditions specified in the Licensing Act 2003.
No other business was deemed urgent by the Chair.
