Resolved that: In order for the following to be considered in private, it is suggested that the public be excluded from the meeting on the grounds it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 18 under Part 4 of Schedule 12A of Section 100 (A) (4) of the Local Government Act 1972.
No apologies for absence were received as all Members were present.
Councillors D Sammon and L Davies declared a personal interest in Item 4.
