   Resolved that: The report for Information be received.

   Resolved that: The application be rejected as on the balance of probability the normal period looked at for the purpose of the establishment of the right of way for long user is 20 years prior to the date of the application itself, the Council is not satisfied that the claimed path was being used within the stipulated timeframe.

   Geraint Morgan led the Committee through the report and responded to the following questions raised: · What’s the procedure if we reject it? Can they appeal to Welsh Government?
